Whole Truth

I know we are all probably guilty of this sometimes, but that is not a very good excuse. What I’m talking about is what we call “standing on the Word” when we don’t have the “Whole Truth.” It’s like trying to sit in a chair that only has 3 legs. It just won’t work!

Let me give you an example. Something happens and you are all big and bold quoting Scripture–”No weapon formed against me shall prosper!!!”

Guess what? Your chair just might fall!!! Why? Because you don’t have the whole truth.

If you are standing on that Word and you have not put into place your God-given Armor, you are still wide open to attack. Many of the promises of God are conditional and unless you have fulfilled the pre-requisite conditions, your chair won’t stand.

Yes, we have the right and the power to stand boldly, but the Word also says to stand with your whole armor on (Ephesians 6:10-11)!!! Without that, your chair probably won’t stand. You have to know the whole truth!

So how do we know about these things? You have to know the Word. You have to study to show yourself approved by God. You have to know the Whole Truth!

Attending church on Sunday morning is fine and it is very beneficial for your spiritual growth, but…! You have to get into the Bible for yourself and get the understanding, wisdom, and revelation that Holy Spirit will give to those who are willing to spend time in His Presence being taught.

Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 AMPC

What a blessing!!! I have a statue called the Armor of God, and it sits in a spot that makes it visible day and night as a reminder that I MUST put on and keep on, my armor daily. I am also reminded to stay in prayer, even with my armor! Praise God for the confirmation of His Word… Amen 🙏🏽

  2. Praise God,
I put these verses to heart some time ago. Making sure our Armour is on is not only beneficial but Necessary to. Overcome in our daily life. TGBTG!
    Thanks Jo🥰
