Be You!

Just Be You!

When I take the time to really look at God’s creation, I am always amazed. All that He did in six days is mind-boggling when you think about it. But even as He looked at it all on the sixth day and said that it all was very good, His greatest creation was mankind!

The Psalmist looked at God’s greatest creation and said,

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. Psalm 139:14

Scientists are still making new discoveries about the workings of the human body and its intricate functions. But we are so much more than our physical bodies. God made us in His image and likeness so we are spirit, soul, and body. When we take the time to comprehend this truth, it is truly amazing!

But think about this… We human beings were not mass-produced like something off of an assembly line. God took His time with each of us and made us to His unique specifications. He created each of us with a purpose and a destiny.

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10 NLT

As I was thinking about all of this (studying Dr. Paula Price’s book “The Fivefold Ministry Offices), and the sad truth that so many of us are not aware of our identity in Christ and all of the wonderful attributes and blessings that God has made into the “who” that we are, I saw something on Facebook. It was Joyce Meyer’s ministry announcing a “12-Day Study: Authentically, Uniquely You.”

Coincidence? I don’t think so!!! And because God has laid this on my heart, I feel led to share it with you! Here is the link so you can register for this teaching.

  1. This is good – it makes me think of psalms 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful; I know that full well.
We are uncommonly, made in his image.
